This website is operated by Global Possibilities, headquartered at Business Center 1, M Floor, The Meydan Hotel, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For privacy matters, email info@globalpossibilities.com.

The website also publishes a United States office: Global Possibilities LLC, 510 All Saints St. Suite 202, Tallahassee 32301, Florida, USA.

2. Which rules may apply

People who use this website may be in the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the United States, or elsewhere. Rules that can be relevant include the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where they apply, the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the UK GDPR. Which rules apply to you depends on where you are and on the circumstances. This policy does not decide that question.

3. Data the website collects

The contact form on the Contact page collects:

• full name
• email address
• organisation, if you provide it
• area of interest, if you select one
• the message you write

The form also contains a hidden field named _gotcha. Visitors are not asked to complete it. It is a spam trap. If it is filled in, the form processor discards the submission. We do not use that field as a source of personal data.

If you email info@globalpossibilities.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.

When a page is requested, the host receives ordinary connection data: IP address, browser type, the time, and the address of the page. The site does not ask you to create an account, and the pages do not collect payment card data.

4. Cookies and analytics

The HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in this website do not set cookies. The repository does not load an analytics or advertising tool. There is no Google Analytics tag, no advertising pixel, and no tag manager.

Text is set with font files hosted on this website. The pages do not request fonts from Google or from any other font host.

The contact form sends the fields described above to Formspree. The page does not load a Formspree script. This policy describes the website files. It does not describe cookies or tools that a host or a form service may add outside those files.

5. Why we use the data

We use contact details and messages to read the enquiry and to reply, and to continue a conversation that you start. We do not sell personal data. We do not use form submissions for marketing lists.

By submitting the contact form, you agree that we will process your details to respond to your enquiry.

6. Formspree, the form processor

The contact form is sent to Formspree at formspree.io. Formspree receives the fields, stores the submission, and forwards it by email. For that processing, Formspree is the processor and Global Possibilities is the organisation that collects the details through this website. Formspree's privacy policy is at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy/.

7. The host

The website is hosted on Render. Render receives the connection data described above in order to serve the pages. No other processor is named in the website files.

8. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond to and manage your enquiry, and in line with applicable law.

9. Where an enquiry may be read

The contact form is sent to Formspree. Global Possibilities publishes offices in Dubai and Tallahassee, and a presence in the United Kingdom. An enquiry may be read in more than one of those places.

10. Your rights

Where a data protection law applies to you, you may have the right to ask us to:

• confirm whether we hold personal data about you, and provide a copy
• correct inaccurate data
• delete data
• restrict or object to processing
• receive, in a portable format, personal data you provided
• stop processing that you agreed to
• pass a complaint to the regulator named in the law that applies to you

11. Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are sent to Formspree over HTTPS. We do not state a security certification here, because none is published on the site.

12. Children

This website speaks to organisations. It is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data through the form.

We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top of this page is the date of this version.
